Logline: Since the beginning Justus has been a watcher, resentfully protecting mankind, but when a young boy confronts his coldness, even the hardest heart can change.

Plot Summary: Justus is a watcher protecting mankind from itself, but when he crosses the line and becomes in danger of falling he is sent away to a small town outside the city.   It is there a young boy named Sammy befriends him and challenges him to see the goodness in mankind.
